DTF-Transfer incl. Cut | Meter - 550 x 1000 mm

The following requirements apply to cutting paths:

• The cutting path must be a line and closed in on itself.
• Each image or design you want to print needs its own cutting line. This cutting line shows the machine exactly where to cut. There should be at least 5 mm of space between the individual cutting lines so that nothing slips or gets damaged during cutting.
• We recommend a safety margin of 3 to 5 mm around the print motive to make pressing easier.
• The path must be in a solid, spot or special colour.
• The name must be CutContour (case sensitive). The colour tone can be chosen freely.

Here's how it works:

1. Click on ‘Create print file’.
2. Upload one or more files at the same time.
3. Specify the desired size of your designs.
4. Enter the number of designs.
5. Click on ‘Generate new DTF sheets’ to create the print sheet.
6. Select ‘Show summary’ to check the details.
7. Enter your email address and confirm the print with ‘Confirm print’.
8. The print data will be displayed in the shopping basket – then simply order at checkout!

• Place the motive and logos on the size of the corresponding format.
• The printing process uses an extended colour space with CMYK+BORG+W, offering even more vibrant colours than the CYMK colour space.
• Please send the print file transparent (without background).
• File format: AI, PDF, PNG, ZIP
• Resolution: 300 dpi (recommended) or higher
• Please do not mirror the print file!

We will of course try to check the print data in advance, but we cannot guarantee that incorrectly transmitted data will be correct.

• Injection temperature: 110-130°C
• Compression pressure: medium pressure 2-3 bar (depending on the textile)
• Pre-pressing: 10 seconds
• Film can be peeled off hot, warm or cold
• Press again (if necessary): 3 seconds (use membrane or baking paper)

With DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, the first wash of the textile should take place no sooner than 48 hours after printing . This waiting period allows the ink and powder adhesive to fully cure and bond optimally with the fabric.

Here are some additional tips to maximize shelf life:

1. Washing temperature: Washing the textile at max. 60 °C is recommended, max. 40 °C is recommended.

2. Gentle wash cycle: Use a gentle wash cycle and turn the garment inside out.

3. No fabric softener: Avoid using fabric softener, as it can impair print quality.

4. No dryer: Let the textile air dry to protect the print.
