Shipping and payment

A. Shipping costs and information:

Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Depending on your selection and the size of your order, shipping will be handled by Deutsche Post, DHL, or DHL Express. Shipping costs are listed below .

Should you wish to have your order shipped to a different country, please email us (info@as-creativ.de) before placing your order and specify the item(s), quantity, and delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country and, if delivery to your address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

I. Shipping within Germany:

  • Standard shipping: 8.95 euros (plus VAT) per order
  • Express shipping (only for express products): 17.95 euros (plus VAT) per order
  • Standard shipping is free for orders over €150 (excluding shipping).
  • Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days, express delivery takes 1 working day.

II. Shipping outside of Germany (B2B) :

Delivery to the following countries is exclusively for business customers (B2B). We do not deliver to private customers in these countries.

  • Delivery to the following countries: Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark
  • Standard shipping: the following shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight per order and are exclusive of VAT.

    • up to 3 kg = 17.05 euros
    • up to 4 kg = 17.95 euros
    • up to 5 kg = 19.05 euros
    • up to 6 kg = 19.95 euros
    • up to 7 kg = 21.00 euros
    • up to 8 kg = 22.05 euros
    • up to 9 kg = 23.10 euros
    • up to 10 kg = 24.05 euros
    • up to 12 kg = 25.95 euros
    • up to 14 kg = 28.05 euros
    • up to 16 kg = 30.15 euros
    • up to 18 kg = 32.15 euros
    • up to 20 kg = 33.95 euros
    • up to 22 kg = 36.05 euros
    • up to 24 kg = 38.05 euros
    • up to 26 kg = 40.05 euros
    • up to 28 kg = 42.10 euros
    • up to 30 kg = 44.10 euros
    • up to 31.5 kg = 45.50 euros
    • From 31.5 kg = 50.00 Euro
  • Express shipping (only for express products): 29.95 euros (excluding VAT) per order
  • Delivery Standard shipping within 1-3 working days, express shipping within 1-2 working days and express 12:00 p.m. next working day by 12 p.m..

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). We also offer the option of picking up your order directly from our office. Our address is:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

The selection of the shipping method or collection takes place during checkout/order completion.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or payment service provider, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

If you order multiple items from us in one order, and these items have different delivery times or shipping methods, we will ship the goods in several partial shipments, each with its own delivery time specified for that shipment. No additional shipping costs will be incurred.

Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

    1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
    2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
    3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment.
    4. You will then be redirected back to us.
